Door Opens 8:00 am (No drop - off before that time) Door closes at 8:20

Dismiss 3:00 (Doors open 2:50)
Drop off and pick-up will be at the side door in the paved parking lot. NOT THE FRONT GLASS DOORS.


Front doors are used for business between 8:21 – 2:30, emergencies, tardies, or early pick-up.
Students are to be in their homeroom seats no later than 8:20am. Anyone arriving after 8:20 will be considered tardy.

No school. Students grades 7 – 12 need to be here by 5:00 for a special cast party!!
Students grades Pre-School - 6th grade may arrive with parents at 5:45 for Meal. Dinner will be 5:45 – 6:45, at 6:45 we will need all students to go their classrooms. Adults at 6:45, please make your way into the sanctuary, Please remember we will need some of you to take your chairs with you into the sanctuary so we will have enough seating. The program will begin promptly at 7:00. Menu: Baked Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad, Dessert and Drink. Admission: Adults $15.00, 17 and under: $5.00 ( those that are not students). We are asking students (cast) to please pay $2.00 to help cover the cost of the food and cast party!! MENU MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO PROGRAM!!!

****WE NEED EVERYONE'S HELP! THIS IS OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISER FOR OUR SCHOOL!!
WE WILL NEED HELP CLEANING UP AFTER THE EVENT!!! WE HAVE FROM 4:30 – 5:30 to clean!
I WILL NEED ALL STAFF AND ANY PARENTS AVAILABLE FOR HELP!

  Mid-Valley Christian School Pre-School – 12th Grade  
2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR

School tuition payable in ten monthly payments with the first payment due August 1st. Payments are due on the first of the month through the month of May. It is the responsibility of the parents to pay their child’s tuition and fees. All charges must be up to date before records will be released. If accounts are in arrears from previous years, enrollment will not be allowed until full payment has been made. Parents should contact the office immediately if they experience difficulty in meeting payments
.  
Any tuition payment 30 days in arrears, will require a mandatory meeting with the administrator, to arrange for your late payments to be made by an approved date. If your account remains in arrears your child will NOT be allowed to continue enrollment at MVCS. If an emergency arises causing you to fall behind on your payments, you must call the administrator to make satisfactory payment arrangements that MUST be approved by the School Board.

There will be a $10.00 late fee for all payments 10 days late.
There will be a $30.00 fee for each returned check.

NO FEES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR SCHOLARSHIPS. NO EXTENTIONS FOR ANY FEES

*Your child will be unable to enroll if the FEES have not been paid by July 1st .
10 % off each additional child's tuition per family.  
10 % off for your child's tuition, for each full paying enrolled student you refer.
$100 off of your child's tuition if you pay the full amount by August 1st.
$1,000 off of your child's tuition if you are an active full-time Minister.
The only discount that can be combined, is the referral discount.
